Miniature Kits from Guest Contributor Edwin Z. Canary
You may remember Edwin’s miniature versions of my patterns from his Instagram feed, they’re SO fantastic! I FINALLY got it together to offer a kit so you can try your hand at stitching one for yourself. This fabric is 25-count, which is almost twice as small as our regular 14-count fabric. I hope you’ve got good glasses! Kit comes with everything you need plus a frame to show off your mad skills (get your own Chapstick, though)! This will probably be the first in a series. Sometimes you just need to give the world the middle finger. But fancy, right?
Travel Scissors
I know. I’m on a scissor kick lately, aren’t I? I couldn’t resist these—we had some a long time ago and I’ve never found suitable replacements until now. These are nicer: sturdy, heavy and ready to go wherever you take them. There’s a little charm on a chain: you can remove it or add your personal favorite charm. It drove my mom crazy that I’d use my teeth to cut threads. Don’t disappoint YOUR mom!
Three of my All-Time Favorites
Pack of Tiny Rhinestones: over 30 rhinestones and a teeny needle included.
Slutever Pillow Kit: Our cases are sublime, and this font is divine!
Don’t Freak Out 3-D Kit with glasses! So incredible to see in person.
Stitch, Plz Journals are HOT and shipping now!
This fantastic journal has been a dream of mine for years and the team at Fred exceeded my wildest imagination. Other journals are difficult to use at best--this one is made with the stitcher in mind because the holes are just the right size and spaced well. The cover is black(!!), just pliable enough to stitch comfortably, and--BONUS-- the first sheet behind it is also black to really showcase your design. The quality is just *chef's kiss* perfection and I KNOW you'll love it. It truly is a dream come true.
There are 60 dotted pages inside to help you plan your next pattern. Also included are one needle, four skeins of floss and an instruction booklet with example patterns and designs. The journal measures 5.7" x 8" and comes in a box with everything you need. Please share your creation with us on Instagram!
Lastly, paid subscribers will see a link at the end of this newsletter to download a SECOND free PDF for this month because I goofed. You might have noticed in the enews I sent last week that I accidentally made the free PDF available to everyone—learning curve! So everyone got to preview what subscribers see and enjoy the PDF download. Oopsy!
If YOU want a free PDF every month plus more, consider subscribing! It’s only $7 a month. You’ll also have access to the online community we’re building, where you can talk with me and also talk amongst yourselves. We’re doing it this way so we don’t have a meltdown of haters and trolls like other social media channels. I hope you’ll join us as we grow!
