New Tiny Overlord Kit with Rhinestone Crown Frame
When I saw these golden crown frames with sparkly rhinestones, I knew I needed to update our Welcome Tiny Overlord design and put it in a kit/frame combo. A perennial favorite as a baby shower gift, this time with a pretty rhinestone-studded crown. You'll be the best gift giver ever!
A Special Treat For You from Sajou
Fresh in from Sajou in Versailles! They carry so many gorgeous thread winders that it was hard to choose. I decided on these two—the old-fashioned racing cyclists stopped me in my tracks. Their armbands spell out S, A, J, O, U, and the last one is Paris. SQUEE! Can you stand it? I imagine these will sell quickly, but I can get more! Learn more about Sajou and the history of collectible thread cards.
Also, I’m thinking of doing a pop-up shop this fall of Sajou goodies as they’d make luscious, special gifts for the holidays. What do you think?
Brass(ish) Knuckles Floss Organizers from Badass Cross Stitch!
Okay, not really brass, but they mean business! I carried these years ago and was trying to find them again--whaddya know, my amazing friend and colleague Shannon Downey of Badass Cross Stitch had them in her Etsy store a decade ago! And since she had these few left, so I was happy to be able to offer them here.
p.s. Shannon has a book coming out on October 1st (I got a sneak peek and loved it so much that I'm quoted on the back cover). She is SUCH a prolific powerhouse and I've admired her for ages!
Shannon Knowlton cards on sale!
Our collection of giclée print cards from fiber artist Shannon Knowlton is on sale! All the remaining cards are $1.50 off. They’re so beautiful in person and are a great way to reach out and wow a friend—let them know you’re thinking of them!
Thank you, thank you for reading! And, if it’s really hot where you are, may I suggest a kiddy pool? We put one up after not doing one for a few years and it’s WEIRD how completely relaxing it is. Get a big umbrella and a cold drink and some tunes, close your eyes and pretend you’re on a tropical beach. I swear it can be more relaxing than all the hassle of traveling somewhere where you can’t even chill after all that effort. You’re welcome. ;p
