The loss of Paul Reubens this week pushed me to create this pattern I’ve meant to do for ages—from the film “Pee Wee’s Big Adventure” where he learns that his quest to find the basement at the Alamo was for naught. Here’s the line delivered by the hilarious Jan Hooks. The gum in her mouth, the sincerity, the way she pronounces AYL-ah-MOOOOE… I know people like this! Right after that, one of my favorite Texas moments (worth a look, it’s short!). Enjoy the kit! The PDF is also available.

I know I’m going to stitch one!
